What will I study?
The AS and Advanced GCE qualifications have been designed to provide students with a broad background in Health & Social Care. Students' learning is applied to a range of work-related contexts.

What are the opportunities after applied health & social care
This qualification allows for a number of progression routes on to both academic and vocational higher education courses e.g. Sciences, medicine and health profession, Social Services and Education. This subject combines well with the Sciences, Social Sciences and Physical Education
What are the entry requirements?
Four GCSEs A*-C. Including C grade English Language. You will need to be able to work independently as the course requires you to research a number of areas and present reports on your findings.
